Gus Rodgers
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
I founded BiBO in the firm belief that technology could enhance the wine experience. I have a diverse background, previously working for a historic building restoration trust; my fascination with old buildings is matched by a love of mature bottles. I enjoy learning, attaining both the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations, and have completed Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption, an INSEAD programme. Outside of my professional life I love surrealist art and reading, especially about behavioural psychology. My other passions are family, food and travel, ideally combined.

Ellese Bullock
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
My career within the wine industry started in 2016 when I joined London City Bond’s Vinotheque site. Throughout my time with LCB, I learnt everything there was to know about warehousing and logistics, being promoted onto their Management team. I joined BiBO as Operations Director to further expand my knowledge within wine. Outside of work, I enjoy renovation projects and visiting new places abroad with my family. I thrive on being challenged and pride myself on my determination to understand all contributing factors of a situation.

Sacha Wheeler
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
My hobbies include making music, doing maths, taking photographs and building electronics. I have 2 (summa cum laude) bachelor degrees in fine art and 4 A grades at A’ level in sciences (maths 1, 2 & 3 and physics), and a career full of online startups, some of which were sold. I enjoy using technology to serve my team’s needs, and I really like this team.

Jake Leighton
HEAD OF PRIVATE CLIENTS AND INVESTMENTS
After studying at Newcastle University I first managed a vineyard in Kent, producing some quite average sparkling wine! The novelty of hand-pruning 10,000 vines quickly wears off, so I then completed my WSET’s. This opened my mind to the obvious opportunity of investing in wine, and whilst I still love wine, I really enjoy the turning-passion-into-a-profit side of the business. When not at work I play golf badly.
