EnquiryBright medium ruby. Reticent but pure nose offers blackberry, violet, tar, licorice and minerals. Suave and silky-smooth in texture, and distinctly gentler than the 2005. A moderately concentrated wine that could use a bit more grip and thrust. But nicely balanced, and the tannins are sweet.
Generally, for UK Mainland delivery, costs are around £12.50 for 1 case, £18 for 2, £20 for 3 and £35 for up to 10 cases. Charges do not include VAT.
