Dark ruby-red. Rather wild aromas of plum, smoke, game, tobacco and fresh blood, complemented by exotic oak tones. Plump, pliant and deep for the year, with a captivating sweetness to its bitter cherry and licorice flavors. Really spreads out on the back end, finishing with a broad dusting of tannins and resounding length. Very generous Pomerol with a touch of rusticity.
