Tasting Notes
Vinous 95
Opaque purple. Explosive, spice-accented aromas of dark berry compote, sandalwood, potpourri and cola. Deep, palate-staining blueberry and mulberry flavors are lifted by gentle acidity and pick up smokiness and a candied violet quality with air. Velvety tannins add shape to an impressively long, sappy finish that features intense black and blue fruit.
